Paulo Cunha has become the new CEO of Pipedrive , an Estonian IT company that develops sales management software. 

Finnish fund Lifeline Ventures has become a new investor in Estonian startup Soldera . As a result, the company managed to raise €2.5M. Soldera's other investors were  Finnish Skaala and Estonian Lemonade Stand .

Estonian Bolt  has bought Danish startup Viggo  for an unnamed amount. This is the first acquisition in Bolt's history. 

Video Game Insights , a gaming industry analysis company, has announced that it has been acquired by US market research firm Sensor Tower . The amount of the deal and other financial details were not disclosed.
