Estonian accelerator Startup Wise Guys has invested in Ukrainian LetsData . Also participating in the $1.6M pre-seed round were Poland's SMOK Ventures, Madrid-based Telefónica's corporate VC Wayra, Prague-based Tilia Impact Ventures, London-based 1991 Ventures, Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund, and angel investors Pavla Bobosikova and Marty Kratky-Katz.

Venture capital firm Plural , founded by Estonian entrepreneurs Sten Tamkivi and Taavet Hinrikus, has led a €27.2M round for Paris-based neurosurgical microrobot startup Robeauté . Other lead investors included Berlin-based Cherry Ventures and San Francisco-based Kindred Ventures. London-based LocalGlobe, Think.Health, Vienna-based APEX Ventures, and German medical technology company Brainlab also participated in the round.

Latvian developer of nano-coatings for green hydrogen systems Naco Technologies has raised €2.5M in the expanded pre-Series A from new investor Polish Radix Ventures and existing investors Hungarian Impact Ventures, Zurich-based Kendris Capital, and deep tech-focused fund The Untitled Ventures. Radix Ventures invested €1,5M.

Estonian Siena Secondary Fund has acquired a stake in Tallinn-based cloud-based inventory software Katana . This investment is the first deal of the Siena Secondary Fund II, which announced about its coming launch in 2023. 

Estonian FCR Media together with Norwegian 1881 Group and German Heise acquires SaaS provider Mono Solutions from German Bauer Media Group. The partners received equal shares in Mono Solutions. 

Estonian Yolo Investments has invested in the San Francisco-based crypto platform Mesh Connect (formerly Front Finance). 

Estonian VC Lemonade Stand has invested in solution for green energy finance Soldera, AI-powered network optimization solution Enzum, drone manufacturer KrattWorks, and developer of computer vision-based solutions for drones Lendurai. The deals were closed in 2024. The amount of the investments was not disclosed, but the fund's initial ticket typically ranges from €25K to €300K.
