Winners of the Baltic Fintech Awards 2025

Baltic companies that have contributed to the development of financial technology in the region have been honored at the Baltic Fintech Awards 2025.

The Fintech Innovator of the Year award went to Estonian company Mifundo. Founded in Tallinn in 2018 by Kaido Saar and Marko Käis, Mifundo is an artificial intelligence-based cross-border lending platform designed to help foreign customers obtain loans on favorable terms from banks across the European Union (EU).

The Growth Story Fintech Company of the Year award went to Tallinn-based Wallester, which works with European partners to offer them prepaid cards and payment processing. The company was founded in 2016 by Sergei Astafjev and Dmitri Logvinenko.

The Fintech Enabler of the Year award went to Lithuanian company AMLYZE. Founded in Vilnius in 2019 by Gabrielius Bilkštis and Alexandre Pino, AMLYZE specializes in the development of anti-financial crime solutions for fintechs, neobanks, and crypto businesses.

The Fintech Influencer of the Year award went to Lithuanian company Vinted. Founded in Vilnius in 2008 by Justas Janauskas, Mantas Mikuckas, Milda Mitkute, and Greg O'Connor, Vinted is an online marketplace for selling used clothing.

The Company of the Year award was presented to Sun Finance Latvia for its growth and innovation in the financial services industry. The company was founded in 2017 in Lativia by Toms Jurjevs and Emīls Latkovskis. Sun Finance specializes in providing online consumer loans and alternative loan products in several regions.

The Fintech Industry Leader Award went to Liudas Kanapienis, CEO of Lithuanian fintech services provider Ondato. The jury recognized his leadership qualities and contribution to the development of the fintech industry.

Kamile Sulcaite, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Lithuania's acceleration program ROCKIT, received the Fintech Hero award for her outstanding service and influence in the industry.
