Net Group has stakes in Estonian healthtech Elsavie, Tallinn-based Synerall, which develops billing solutions for energy companies, and AI-powered fintech Depowise. And in 2024, it acquired Estonian software company Outl1ne. The main shareholders are Priit Kongo (51.65%) and Jaan Feldmann (34.16%). Net Group was founded in 1999.
