EstBAN elects three new board members

Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN) has elected three new board members for the next two years. 

New board members:

- Jana Budkovskaja is the CEO of Beamline Accelerator with 10 years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship.

- Olga Lustsik is a process efficiency and CPO expert, profit-oriented and a Principal Consultant at Advise IT.

- Aleksander Tõnnisson is a TEDx speaker and a leadership mentor

The terms of office of current board members Robert Laud, Kristi Saare and Jaak Ennuste have expired and they did not stand for a second term of office. Lauri Antalainen continues as EstBAN President, Mait Sooaru, Jan Lätt and Martin Gorosko continue to serve on the board for a second year.

Founded in 2012, EstBAN is a syndicate organization of angel investors. The lead investors are Martin Gorosko and Mait Sooaru. EstBAN's members include Estonian Change Ventures and Tera Ventures, Lithuanian Practica Capital and Firstpick, Nordic Secondary Fund from Denmark, and others.
