Paulo Cunha from Hotels.com has become CEO of Estonian unicorn Pipedrive

Paulo Cunha has become the new CEO of Pipedrive, an Estonian IT company that develops sales management software. 

Paulo Cunha, has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, investment and technology. Prior to joining Pipedrive, Cunha, a Portuguese national based in the US, served as president of entertainment platform SeatGeek. Previously, he led business development and marketing for the Hotels.com platform at Expedia Group for more than eight years. 

Paulo Cunha has also held senior positions at ECS, a European investment company, ING, a Dutch banking and financial holding company, and worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Cunha holds a doctorate in business administration from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.

Pipedrive was founded in 2010 in Estonia by Timo Rein, Urmas Purde, Ragnar Sass, Martin Henk and Martin Tajur. The company develops customer and sales management (CRM) software. Over the years, the company has grown into a global player with a team of more than 850 employees in eight countries. More than 100K companies use Pipedrive's sales management solutions, closing around 100M deals annually.
