Estonian technology companies MOBY and HEISI announce merger

Estonian sports club software development company MOBY has announced a merger with Estonian software development service provider HEISI. 

MOBY - founded by Peeter Tars in 1994 in Tallinn, Estonia, which offers intelligent software solutions for various applications including loyalty card systems, sports clubs and casinos.

HEISI is a company founded by Raul Raudsepp in 2014 in Tallinn, Estonia. The company is engaged in IT consulting, project management, analysis and software development. Heisi is currently also a member of the Estonian ICT cluster, Science and Business Park Tehnopol and the Estonian health innovation ecosystem Connected Health.
