Lithuanian startup Pulsetto receives €2M investment from ScaleWolf

Pulsetto, a medical technology startup from Vilnius, has raised €2M from ScaleWolf, a Lithuanian dual-use technology gas pedal and venture capital fund.

Pulsetto is a startup founded in 2021 by Povilas Sabaliauskas and Vitalijus Majorovas in Vilnius, Lithuania. The company offers a science-based vagus nerve stimulator that helps users cope with stress. Pulsetto has created a device for people who want to maintain mental health and manage stress through wearable technology.

Thanks to the funds raised, Pulsetto is adapting its wearable device, which was originally designed for biohackers and professional athletes, for those who work in extreme environments: military personnel, firefighters, and law enforcement officers.

ScaleWolf is a venture capital and technology accelerator founded in 2023 in Lithuania by former Lithuanian Deputy Defense Minister Edvinas Kerza. The company, in cooperation with the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy and Innovation, works to support dual-use technologies - innovations that are used for both commercial and defense purposes.
