Estonian startup Parcelsea sells to Ukrainian company Jetbeep

 

Parcelsea, a developer of parcel vending machines and smart mailboxes, has sold its business to Ukrainian company Jetbeep. As a result of the deal, Jetbeep will receive the startup's intellectual property and customer contracts, while the Parcelsea team will join the new owner. 

It's an exit for Superangel and United Angels (now is Specialist VC II), as well as investors such as Taavi Madiberk (Skeleton Technologies), Kristjan Vilosius (Katana MRP), Taavi Tamkivi (Salv), Triin Hertmann and Alvar Lumberg and others. In 2021, Parcelsea raised €935K.

ParcelSea is a technology startup specializing in smart mailbox solutions for e-commerce customers and last-mile delivery services. The company offers a personal smart mailbox that allows for secure, contactless reception of packages from any courier service. It was founded in 2020 by Andres Sampka and Indrek Jurgenson. The startup is based in Tallinn, Estonia. 

Jetbeep is a company founded in 2017 in Kiev, Ukraine. It is an autonomous parcel locker technology provider.

Superangel is a venture capital fund founded in 2018 in Tallinn, Estonia. The company specializes in early investments in startups and focuses on information technology sectors. 

United Angels VC is a venture capital fund from Estonia. Founded in 2017 by Riivo Anton, Gerri Kodres and Indrek Kasela. In 2022 United Angels VC became a part Specialist VC.
