Estonian startup Parcelsea sells to Ukrainian company Jetbeep
Parcelsea, a developer of parcel vending machines and smart mailboxes, has sold its business to Ukrainian company Jetbeep. As a result of the deal, Jetbeep will receive the startup's intellectual property and customer contracts, while the Parcelsea team will join the new owner.
It's an exit for Superangel and United Angels (now is Specialist VC II), as well as investors such as Taavi Madiberk (Skeleton Technologies), Kristjan Vilosius (Katana MRP), Taavi Tamkivi (Salv), Triin Hertmann and Alvar Lumberg and others. In 2021, Parcelsea raised €935K.
