Estonian FCR Media acquires website building technology provider Mono Solution

Estonian FCR Media together with Norwegian 1881 Group and German Heise acquires SaaS provider Mono Solutions from German Bauer Media Group. The partners received equal shares in Mono Solutions. 

Mono Solutions offers tools for building, managing, and scaling websites, including a no-code website editor and automation features for efficient website creation. It was founded in 2007 by Louise Lachmann, Rene Hedegaard Petersen and David Westmark Hojelsen, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. In July 2019, Mono Solutions was acquired by Bauer Media Group.

FCR Media specializes in digital marketing and SaaS solutions for the small and medium-sized business sector. The company offers a range of services including website and webshop development, search engine optimization, search engine advertising, social media marketing, and reputation management. FCR Media was founded in 2010 by Jon Martinsen. It is based in Tallinn, Estonia.

Latvian developer of nano-coatings for green hydrogen systems Naco Technologies has raised €2.5M in the expanded pre-Series A from new investor Polish Radix Ventures and existing investors Hungarian Impact Ventures, Zurich-based Kendris Capital, and deep tech-focused fund The Untitled Ventures. Radix Ventures invested €1,5M.
