Estonian construction software developer Bauhub has been acquired by Finnish Admicom for €6M

Estonian construction software developer Bauhub has been acquired by a Finnish Admicom, which offers solutions for construction and real estate. The amount of the deal is €6M. As part of the agreement, Bauhub's shareholders and founders - Teet Parts, Marko Leek, and Henri Trees - will invest €900K in Admicom shares through a targeted share issue.

For Admicom, the deal is part of its international expansion strategy. It will facilitate entry into the Baltic markets.

Founded in Tartu in 2016 by Teet Parts, Marko Leek, Henry Trees, and Otto Täht, Bauhub develops cloud-based project-level collaboration software for the construction industry. It enables the management of building information models, plans, tasks, documents, and communication between different parties.

The integration of Bauhub's solution into Admicom's project management business unit is scheduled for 2025. It will involve localizing the startup’s tools for the Finnish and Swedish markets and combining them with Admicom’s planning, calculation, and documentation solutions. By mid-2026, the companies plan to launch a fully integrated, AI-powered project management platform to streamline construction workflows and expand Bauhub's presence in the Nordic region.

Bauhub serves over 300 clients and has 30K registered users in Estonia, which include general contractors, subcontractors, project consultants, architects, civil engineers, and local authorities. The company employs 13 people in Tartu and Tallinn.

Founded in Finland in 2004, Admicom develops software solutions for the construction and real estate industries. The company is listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland.
