Lithuanian Mano Daktaras acquires pincetas.lt

Lithuanian Mano Daktaras, which operates the online doctor's appointment portal manodaktaras.lt, has acquired Lithuanian Digibitas, which operates the patient feedback platform pincetas.lt. 

Manodaktaras.lt currently works with more than 250 private clinics and its mobile app and website allow patients to register with more than 1100 doctors of various specialties for a live or virtual visit. The company was founded in 2013.

Digibitas was founded in 2017 by Saulius Jarasiunas. The platform pincetas.lt allows clients to find a doctor and give feedback. It has more than 100K users. 

After the acquisition, there are plans to implement changes at both sites. Manodaktaras.lt will take full control of pincetas.lt, where patients will also be able to conveniently register with doctors online through the manodaktaras.lt plugin. The pincetas.lt portal reviews will be integrated into the manodaktaras.lt website, and the combined monthly audience of the two portals will be approximately  400K unique users.
