Lithuanian company Frontu acquired by Everfield

Lithuanian provider of field service management software provider Frontu (formerly Tasker) has been acquired by German long-term investor and growth accelerator Everfield.

Frontu has developed a field service management platform that helps companies handle end-to-end workflows — from receiving a customer's initial service request to creating, delivering, and resolving work orders. Its software is used by customers in 16 countries. Frontu was founded in 2013 by Arūnas Eitutis.

The deal was an exit for Lithuanian Open Circle Capital, iTo Group, Polish LT Capital, and Pipedrive's former director of product marketing Kair Käsper. The startup has raised more than €1.3M from investors in 2018, 2020, and 2021.
