Lithuanian B2B marketplace Eany.io has raised €2M

Lithuanian B2B marketplace for home appliances, electronics, and DIY products Eany.io has raised €2M in a seed round of funding from Lithuanian fund Practica Capital and Poland's Market One Capital.

Founded in Vilnius in 2024 by Mindaugas Apanaviсius and Kestutis Ramoskevicius, Eany.io connects manufacturers, retailers, and distributors who sell products with online and physical shops that buy those products. The startup's technology collects inventory data from various manufacturers, distributors, retailers, overstockers, and brands. The collected data is aggregated and analyzed on the platform and specific information is provided to buyers through physical and online stores in the form of product listings. Suppliers also receive feedback on their product range.

The company plans to work with large manufacturers, known as A-brands, which will help to attract a wide range of customers. According to the startup, A-brands act as a stimulator for the sale of more B-brands and private labels.

While the platform is responsible for selecting and sourcing products, retailers can focus on promoting products and their online stores. According to the company, its solution solves problems such as limited stock, inefficient search, and fragmented supply chains by providing smoother transactions, flexible payment terms, wider access to products, etc. Eany.io works with more than 200 sellers, and its inventory value is worth of more than $1.47 Bln.

The startup will use the investment to accelerate and optimize business processes and prepare for future growth.

Founded in 2011, Practica Capital is an early-stage VC with a focus on Baltic founders. Practica Capital backs startups from seed to Series A stages. The investment company manages four funds with more than €130M in AUM. It has over 60 startups in its portfolio.
