Cleveron lays off 20 employees in Estonia

Cleveron, the Estonian manufacturer of parcel machines and other robotic solutions, is to lay off 20 employees in Estonia. At the same time, the company will open new local sales offices in key European markets. According to the technology company, it focuses on profitable growth and customer satisfaction now.

Founded in Tallinn in 2007 by Arno Kutt (who sold most of his shares in 2023), Cleveron develops hardware and software for parcel machines and other robotic solutions and provides training, support, and remote and on-site services to its customers worldwide. Cleveron's solutions help companies reduce last-mile delivery costs and optimize parcel delivery. Cleveron's products can be found in more than 50 countries around the world. The CEO of the company is Per Klavsen.

In 2023, the parcel machine manufacturer has already laid off 38% of its workforce due to the closure of unprofitable business lines. The company also cited challenging global economic conditions, a change in business strategy, and an intention to improve profitability.
