Merito Partners acquires Latvian company Adaptive Media

Merito Management Target Fund II, managed by Latvian investment company Merito Partners, has acquired a majority stake in Latvian digital marketing company Adaptive Media. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Adaptive Media creates content-driven websites that help our readers find relevant information about a variety of consumer products and services. The company operates in export markets around the world, including the United Arab Emirates, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Brazil, and Mexico. Adaptive Media's strategic partners include Google, Microsoft and Amazon. In 2023, the company had a turnover of more than €4M and a profits of €1M.

Merito Partners plans to invest together with the founders of Adaptive Media, plans to invest in the further development of the company, including technology and strengthening the team.

Adaptive Media was founded in 2014 by Nauris Skride, Kaspars Kripēns, and Artūrs Lācis. The company has offices in Riga and Valmiera.

Merito Partners is a private investment company operating in Latvia and the New Nordics. It was established in 2022 in Riga by Mikus Janvars, Mārtiņš Baumanis, and Aigars Kesenfelds.
