Lithuanian socialization application Joiner App raises €500K

Lithuanian social networking application developer Joiner App has raised €500K from Lithuanian private business angels and advertising agency Ogilvy Vilnius and law firm Motieka and Audzevich. The post-money valuation of the startup is €4M.

Founded in 2022 by Eduardas Titovas and Jurate Plungyte (the former head of marketing at Uber in the Baltic States), the Joiner App is an application that allows users to spontaneously organize events at their houses, invite friends, or join them at their place. The application is intended to find new friends with similar interests and share various activities. According to the startup, the application has gained 12K members in a couple of months in Lithuania. 

Joiner App will use the investment to further develop the application. The company plans to launch its product in Poland, and in the future - in other European countries and also in the USA.
