Lithuanian B2B-sales platform Evergrowth raised €500K and acquired Spanish Apolo Mktng

Lithuanian AI-powered B2B-sales platform Evergrowth raised €500K from the founder of Danish online review platform Trustpilot Peter Holten Mühlmann. It is an extension of the €2M pre-seed round that was announced in February 2024. 

Evergrowth has also acquired 100% of the Spanish AI-powered growth agency Apolo Mktng. As a result of the acquisition, Apolo's employees will join Evergrowth. The amount of the acquisition is not disclosed.

Founded in Vilnius in 2014 by Jean-Baptiste Daguene, Mantas Urnieza, Tadas Cekavicius (co-founder of digital marketing startup Fullreach), Aivaras Rastenis, and Algimantas Padegimas, Evergrowth is an AI-driven account-based selling platform, which allows the customers to research each account and business contact. 

The startup uses account-based selling frameworks for B2B companies to build a predictable revenue engine and scale it with a data-driven sales system. It ensures that the platform's tools and analytics are optimized to improve sales team performance. The solution allows customers to export data from the company's CRM, reverse engineer valuable data points, and identify patterns to map their Ideal Customer Profiles and Ideal Buyer Personas. 

Founded in Madrid in 2023 by Ismael Doukkali and Alejandro Sánchez Puertas, Apolo Mktng is a growth agency, that offers the development of conversational personalized chatbots for lead generation, services of AI-powered social media management, extracting tailor-made insights from Instagram, LinkedIn, Gmaps, etc, and organization of CRM data.

After the acquisition, Evergrowth has onboarded all of its clients onto the platform with Apolo’s integrated technology. Evergrowth will also have access to Apolo’s range of AI account-based selling systems and the LLM data enrichments development expertise of the Apolo team.

UPD: In February 2024, Peter Holten Mühlmann also participated in a €2M round. At that time he invested €250K. In total, the entrepreneur has invested €750K in Evergrowth.
