Lithuanian data analytics company Devtodev was acquired by the US marketing platform AppsFlyer
Vilnius-based data analytics platform for gaming and app developers Devtodev was acquired by US-based unicorn AppsFlyer.
Comprised of roughly 25 employees, Devtodev’s team will continue working in the merged company. Devtodev had been developing without raising venture investment.
Founded in 2013 in Vilnius by Dmitry Kravtsov, Devtodev’s platform helps developers analyze their games and applications, identify problems in the app’s performance, find the points of growth, and increase revenue and engagement. The startup's technology includes tools to analyze user behavior, run cohort analysis, forecast user lifetime value, and track performance. In addition, Devtodev's service turns the client's data into dashboards and reports that show every step of their players in detail, from the game tutorial to the churn.
Founded in 2011 by Oren Kaniel, AppsFlyer offers SaaS marketing solutions for businesses, such as advanced measurement, data analytics, deep linking, engagement, fraud protection, data clean room, and privacy-preserving technologies.
After the merge, Devtodev’s solutions will be available in AppsFlyer's Privacy Cloud, the environment where business partners can analyze shared data. AppsFlyer Privacy Cloud Marketplace is designed to simplify the integration of artificial intelligence models and other third-party services into its operations for businesses. Privacy Cloud Marketplace minimizes the need to transfer, copy, or share user-level customer data by integrating third-party services.
