Estonian Trind Ventures invested in a Danish platform for the management of short-term rentals Your.Rentals

Estonian Trind Ventures invested in the Danish service for short-term rental owners and property managers Your.Rentals. London-based crowdfunding platform Seedrs also participated in a €2,7M round.

Founded in 2016 by Andrew Martyn and Klavs Pedersen, Your.Rentals allows private and small business short-term rental property managers to control their marketing, bookings, operations, and payments on one platform. The service can synchronize with online travel agencies, such as Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Vrbo, and others to advertise short-term rental properties on them.

The owner sets the price for booking a property, and Your.Rentals manages the price for a guest. After the booking is ready, the service subtracts a service fee and a channel fee from the guest and sends a payout to the customer.

This year, Your.Rentals offered its customers an opportunity to receive advanced payouts as soon as their bookings become non-refundable. Also, owners or property managers can apply for revenue-backed loans through Your.Rentals.

The startup has offices in Sweden and Vietnam. Your.Rentals will use the investment to scale its business and accelerate product development. Your.Rentals also plans to launch a mobile application available for iOS and Android.

Trind Ventures is an early-stage venture fund with an initial ticket of €0,1M-€1M, and follow-on investments up to €5M per company. The partners are Joel Aasmäe, Ivar Siimar, Kimmo Irpola, Taavi Lepmets, and Reima Linnanvirta. In September 2022, the company closed Fund II at €55M. It aimed to invest in 30–40 startups in four years. Fund II has already invested in Xceed, Yaga, SACLÀB, Royalty Range, Mjuk, Webel, and Boksi, and exited from German startup Chatchamp.
