Estonian media group Delfi Meedia acquired an online platform for making financial calculations Kalkulaator.ee

Estonian Delfi Meedia acquired the online platform Kalkulaator.ee, which helps make a salary, tax, credit, and car fuel consumption calculations, and gives various practical advice. The amount of the deal is undisclosed. 

With this acquisition, Delfi Meedia aims to diversify and develop its digital media portfolio and strengthen the group's position in the Estonian media market. According to the CEO of Delfi Meedia Argo Virkebau, the group plans to continue acquiring new media-related businesses and grow its business.

Owned by the listed company Ekspress Grupp, Delfi Meedia's portfolio includes Estonian news portal Delfi.ee, medias Eesti Ekspress, Maaleht, Eesti Päevaleht, Saturday newspaper LP, and the magazine for homeowners and gardeners Maakodu. In addition, Delfi Meedia owns the ticketing environment Piletitasku and the Delfi Elamus, which organizes events. Ekspress Grupp has a 30-year history and owns five media companies in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
