Estonian recruitment company for remote talent MeetFrank acquired a salary data application Compensation.

MeetFrank was founded in Tallinn in 2017 by Kaarel Holm and Anton Narusberg. The company solution connects skilled remote workers and recruiters. Recruiters have access to 20K active candidates with detailed profiles who are open for jobs. Employers can send a pitch message to promising candidates. MeetFrank works with thousands of B2B clients such as Estonian mobility unicorn Bolt and online identity verification company Veriff, Lithuanian provider of digital security and privacy solutions for individuals and businesses Nord Security, cybersecurity company Surfshark, market-leading proxy and web scraping solution provider Oxylabs.io, and others. 

After the acquisition of Compensation, candidates, who are seeking jobs through MeetFrank, will be able to get real-time information on the salary expectations of the jobs they are applying for.

Compensation was founded in Tallinn in 2022 by Georg Vooglaid and Uku Markus Tammet. The application integrates with more than 20 HRIS providers (human resource information systems for small businesses). The company also checks if compensation levels are standardized across organizations.
