Lithuanian IT company TeleSoftas acquired German tool-sharing application kurts toolbox
Lithuanian software developer company TeleSoftas acquired German mobile application kurts toolbox, which focuses on the B2C rental of tools. Earlier, TeleSoftas was cooperating in the development of the tool rental system kurts toolbox.
Launched in 2017, kurts toolbox allows booking tools and picks them up at any time and day of the week at the station. There are two types of stations: one is a cube toolbox, which is usually located in the parking lots of supermarkets or DIY stores and contains hundreds of tools from the small drill to the concrete mixer. Another one is a city toolbox that occupies less space. After returning the tools, the company sends the bill to the client by email.
Kurts toolbox is a part of German Kurt König Baumaschinen GmbH Group. Kurt König is a company that operates in the construction, trade, and service industry, specializing in the rental, servicing, and sale of construction tools and machinery.
