Estonian IT company Trinidad Wiseman bought 47% of analytics company Intelex Insight

Estonian IT company Trinidad Wiseman bought 47% of Estonian analytics company Intelex Insight. Co-founder of Intelex Insight Kaarel Kivistik sold his stake in Intelex to switch to another business field. 

With the acquisition, the management board of Intelex will consist of a member of the management board of Trinidad Wiseman Hegle Sarapuu-Johanson, and second Intelex’s cofounder Kaur Kivirähk.

Intelex Insight is a data science, business analytics, and machine learning company specializing in Microsoft business intelligence platform and Power business intelligence. It provides data-driven services, for example, helps businesses with interactive dashboards, data warehouses (data marts), data integrations, data cubes, and others.

Intelex Insight was founded in Tallinn in 2012. Its total turnover in 2022 was more than €1M.

With this acquisition, Intelex Insight will become Trinidad Wiseman's center for machine learning and business analytics. Trinidad Wiseman will offer its customers new services based on data science and service design. 

Trinidad Wiseman is a user experience and user interface design agency, operating in the Baltic region. It was founded in Tallinn in 2007. The company has completed over 100 e-governance projects. Among its clients are Estonian public-sector institutions and ministries, EU institutions in Slovenia, Luxembourg, and Ireland, local Estonian telecom providers, and others. Its total turnover in 2022 was €13,6M.
