Estonian Tuum hired the former Mambu Managing Director Edgardo Torres-Caballero as a new sales executive
Former Mambu Managing Director Edgardo Torres-Caballero became the new Chief revenue officer at the Estonian banking platform Tuum.
He will lead Tuum's international business team in Tallinn, Berlin, London, and Malaga. It is a part of the company's plan of focusing on strategic partnerships and growth in European and other markets. According to the CEO of Tuum Sergey Anikin, Torres-Caballero's extensive international experience in the financial sector and scaling operations will help the company to drive the banking platform to new markets.
New sales executive worked as a Managing Director in the SaaS cloud banking platform Mambu Americas Inc from 2017 to 2022. From 2022 to 2023, Torres-Caballero was a Vice President of Global Partnerships at risk management software company Feedzai (manages financial risk for the banks, merchants, and processors). From 2003 to 2004, he also served as a Vice Minister of the Economy of the Puerto Rico Department of Economic Development and Commerce.
Tuum is an Estonian cloud API-based core banking platform. Tuum’s platform allows financial service providers (banks or fintech startups) to introduce new lending products, new payment facilities, or new banking core to their customers or embrace legacy migrations in a short period of time. The startup was founded in 2019.
