Ex-CEO of Lithuanian fund CoInvest Capital will lead private debt fund Mondus


Ex-Director of Lithuanian venture fund CoInvest Capital and a board member of Lithuanian Business Angel Network (LitBAN) Viktorija Vaitkevičienė will be the CEO and a member of the board at private debt fund Mondus. 

Mondus manages the private debt fund of the investment and life insurance group INVL. The group company of INVL INVL Asset Management owns 51% of Modus. 49% earlier belonged to Audrius Mozūras (ex-CEO and board member of Modus) and Martynas Grikinis. They sold out their shares but continued working at Modus.

As INVL group cited, Viktorija’s experience in the finance sector would have a positive influence on the private debt business sector of INVL.

Viktorija holds a master’s degree in economics from Vilnius University. The new CEO of Modus has 15 years of experience in the financial sector. From 2009 to 2018, Viktorija worked at the national development company Investment and Business Guarantees (INVEGA), where she was responsible for implementing private equity and venture capital activities and selecting fund managers. In 2019-2021, she led the activities of the European Venture Capital Investor Network (EVFIN). From 2019 she has been a Board Member of LitBAN, and from 2018 to January 2023, she was CEO of Lithuanian venture fund CoInvest Capital.
