Elizabeth Kiehner became the new Chief Growth Officer at Estonian Nortal
Elizabeth Kiehner became the new Chief Growth Officer of the Estonian technology company Nortal, which intends to use her expertise to make Nortal more visible globally.
She will also join the Global Leadership Team, which will be in charge of global marketing, sales and account management, new business development, and strategic partnerships.
Elizabeth will work in the New York office. She will represent Nortal's North American operations in Kirkland, Washington, and stand for the whole company's global footprint and portfolio.
As the founder and CEO of Nortal Priit Alamäe mentioned, “Elizabeth is a strong leader with a breadth of experience in the global technology services space and an impressive record of accomplishment in driving year-on-year growth”.
Kiehner will use her experience of working in financial services, digital healthcare, telecommunications, media, and entertainment to introduce the company to new markets focusing explicitly on Canada, the UK, the Middle East, and Africa in 2023.
Kiehner has 20 years of experience as an executive in the global technology services space, entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and author. Before joining Nortal, Kiehner was a Vice President of Enterprise Transformation at Capgemini Invent. From 2020 to 2021 she led the Digital Transformation Office of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She worked at IBM from 2015 to 2020. Among her destinations was establishing a new Experience Design Center of Excellence for IBM as Director of Global Design Practice.
Nortal was founded in Tallinn in 2000. The company's business is based on offering strategic consulting, software development projects, and related advisory and digitization services.
It has worked with digital transformation projects for governments, healthcare institutions, and leading global enterprises (listed in Fortune 500 - the largest companies in the USA by revenue). Nortal is present in 10 countries, and its 800 employees carry out projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America.
