UK fintech SaltPay has acquired Latvia's MeaWallet and A-Heads Consulting

Latvian digital payment platform MeaWallet and IT services company A-Heads Consulting have been acquired by UK-based fin-tech company SaltPay. The deal was an exit for Norwegian fund Idékapital, which invested in MeaWallet in 2018.
